By booking using our website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking if you need to make date changes, modifications, or cancellations when due to unforeseen circumstances.  We try to be as flexible as possible when situations arise that can affect your travel plans. 

We are a 3 hour drive south from Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra. Mollymook is only minutes from Ulladulla and historic Milton which has unique quirky shopping and café precinct.   

Mollymook is a popular holiday destination with beautiful beaches, fishing, snorkelling, golf, bushwalking, wineries, and fabulous restaurants such as Rick Stein’s Bannisters, Cupitts Estate winery, Gwylo, Small Town and Carlos Italian Ristorante ….  Just to name a few.  

2.00pm.  But please contact us if you plan to arrive earlier and we will do our best to have your room ready for your arrival.

10.00am. If you are planning to depart prior to our office opening, could you pop your room key into the key deposit box at the top of the reception steps 

Yes, we are happy to arrange for a late check-in.  Please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 6pm.

We have allocated parking for one car per room. Extra parking can be available should you have additional vehicles – please ask at Reception.

Yes, all rooms at Mollymook Motel are non-smoking 

2 minutes by car to Ulladulla Shopping Centre where you’ll find Harris Scarfe, Kmart, and Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi supermarkets, Funland and Cinema Complex.

Yes we have a large undercover BBQ area with dining tables and seating.

Mollymook Motel is within 2-5 minutes by car of number of Golf and Bowling Clubs, fabulous restaurants and wineries, and of course fast food outlets including McDonalds, KFC, Subway,  Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican. 

Our standard Cancellation Policy is that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. For cancellations received less than 24 hours we will charge the first nights’ accommodation cost if we are unable to resell your room.  

Yes, free and unlimited NBN wifi.

All our rooms are on the ground level apart from our King Spa Bath Apartment which is upstairs.

We do not accommodate pets on our premises.
